A letter from Pastor Omar

God is not done yet.

In my 18 years at Christ Fellowship Church, I have seen the Lord do extraordinary things.

I’ve seen countless lives come to the feet of Jesus, from little children to great-grandparents. I’ve witnessed thousands of baptisms, in Miami and around the world. I’ve seen marriages restored, families transformed, and watched our church grow in ways I never imagined.

Just when I begin to think the work may be finished, the Lord reminds us, “I’m not done yet.”

God still has extraordinary things to do, and He has called you to be a part of them. He has entrusted this church with all the resources necessary to play a role in redemptive history.

In this book, you’ll catch a glimpse of what the Lord has done in over a hundred years at CF, and how faithful He has been to His people.

As you read on, you’ll see the vision God has placed before us and the steps He is leading us to take for this vision to come to life.

We serve a God who is able. He is able to give us the power to do immeasurably more than we can even imagine. When God is at work within us, our faith increases, our passion for the Kingdom escalates, and generosity flows from our desire to honor Christ.

Wherever you find yourself in your journey of following Jesus, I believe that God has so much more in store for you and that the most life-changing, personally engaging, and influential days of your life could still be yet ahead.
